- in services of beautification and hygiene such as waste collection and disposal, grass cutting, road sweeping, cleaning of drain and also urban beautification (Landscape) in excise areas of Pontian District Council.

- provide quick, efficient, trustworthy and friendly services equally to all customers. Each customer is welcome and will be treated according to their turn
- open payment counters based on the prescribed schedule.
- process each claim bills efficiently, instantly and equally within 14 working days based on a condition whereby all documents are complete as per requested. We will acknowledge any delay and inconveniences of our services with valid reasons and promise to solve it in the shortest period possible.
- process issue of license within a period of 14 days from the day received, if documents required are complete and abide by the conditions.
- process ownership transfer within 7 days if the document / payment required is complete.
- process application for Landworks Plan, Street and Drainage, Building Plan Application, and Planning Authorization within 21 days after registration, on a condition that documents enclosed are complete and fulfill all conditions of the related Technical Department.
- deliver outcome of the house addition/alteration and renovation process within a period of 1 month on a condition that such application condition fulfill requirements of ‘Undang-Undang Kecil Bangunan Seragam 1984' (Building Uniformity By-Laws 1984).
- support the issuance of Certificate of Compliance and Completion (CCC) for all development projects which will be issued by the consultant within 2 weeks on a condition that it fulfills all conditions of the related Technical Department.
- improve friendly information counter services and channel accurate information to tourists.
- provide annual up-to-date and accurate inventory report related to tourism resources and success as reference.
- update tourism information and data as well as promoting activities conducted.
- always keep an open mind and is prepared and concerned towards suggestions and criticisms.
